Horizontal Electrophoresis System (DUAL TANK) LHES-B10 is designed with three platinum electrodes in which one stand for negative terminal and rest two are positive terminal. It is composed with a tank, swim clubs, latex tube and power cord that creates overall dimension of 296×266×122 mm. It is ideal for a wide range of samples such as plasmid preparation, PCR reactions, restriction fragments, RFLP analyses etc. Cellulose acetate membrane (CAM) is a simple, rapid separation of biomolecules. (DUAL TANK) Horizontal Electrophoresis System saves the sample, gives high specificity and strong resolution for analysis of the serum protein fraction. This dual tank electrophoresis works with Power Supply for LHES-B10 to meet the requirements of standard acid electrophoresis, small and medium-sized vertical electrophoresis and transfer power supply. It is programmable and capable for storing 12 common procedures. The temperature control function is to ensure that the gel does not overheat (optional) and a better result must be obtained.
